|
| Story Title: No Joke |
If you have a sibling, you know there are
stories to tell (and, of course, some we never will). This anthology is full of the tales of brother/sister stuff to
bring both laugher and tears. My brother tells me I've given him his fifteen minutes of fame in my story about his amazing
dog and our equally amazing adventure.
| Book Title: Letters to My Teacher |

|
| Story Title: Red Ink in a Journal |
In every life trauma, there seems to be at least one person
who appears to be planted in your situation with the specific task of assisting and comforting you. In many instances,
those special people happen to be teachers. Red Ink in a Journal is a story I wrote to honor my Senior English teacher as
she helped to lead me through one of the toughest times in my life.
| Book Title: 23rd Psalm for the Broken Hearted |

|
| My Testimony Story by Carmen Leal |
Although I did not write my testimony in this book, Carmen Leal
did. This book represents the first time I had the courage to speak out on abuse and forgiveness. I begin to
let others know that God is always there and abuse can be overcome!
Excerpts from The Courage to Forgive: The year Melanie turned eight, her mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. A year later, Melanie's
father started sneaking into her bedroom at night.
Malachi 4:6 says, "He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the
children to their fathers." Thanks to the Shepherd, father and daughter found the courage to turn their hearts to each
other.
